- מִגַּנְיָאf. (part. Ithpe. of גְּנֵי) = h. מְגוּנֶּה (v. גָּנָה), blame-worthy; מילתא מ׳ blemish, defect. Gen. R. s. 60 (prov). מילתא דאית בך מ׳וכ׳ what blemish there be in thee, be the first to tell it; B. Kam.92b מילתא דמִיגַּ׳ Ms. M. (ed. גנאה).
